Refund policy

We want you to love our products! If you are not satisfied, here are our return and refund guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Used or damaged products will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Towels that are used, washed, stained or damaged

  • Items bought during clearance sale

  • Gift cards or custom orders

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@housseparis.comΒ within 7 days.

  2. Share your order ID and product photos.

  3. Wait for approval.

  4. You can ship the product back to our warehouse.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Refund will be processed once we inspect the returned item.

  • Refund will reflect in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Replacement

If you want to exchange an item, please mention it in your email. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
